Frying and Roasting
A classic Sunday roast, a delicious paella or a Japanese inspired Teppanyaki – all dishes with a long tradition, which call for special cookware to bring out their full flavour.
To keep up the tradition of these dishes, Demeyere has developed products to meet the required cooking properties. You can use the Teppanyaki or plancha on two burners, so that even large pieces of meat or fish can be prepared to perfection. You can also fry the ingredients first on the cooker and transfer them to the oven to continue cooking.
