How does ControlInduc work?
Technology at work
ControlInduc® is a unique alloy layer used for the exterior of the pan that remains magnetic up to a temperature of 250°C.
Induction hobs need contact with the magnetic surface of a pan to generate heat.
Above 250°C, the ControlInduc® alloy loses its magnetic properties which reduces the power of the induction unit, reducing heat.
This means that the pan can never go above 250°C and as such, will never overheat.
